By using ContentCoach, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
ContentCoach is a subscription service billed monthly. Your chosen plan will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
We may offer free trial periods. Trials end automatically and you will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to subscribe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Refund requests made within 30 days of a charge will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are available after 30 days from the date of charge.
You own all content you create with ContentCoach. We don't claim any ownership or rights to your posts, captions, or other creative output. You're free to use it however you like.
Don't use ContentCoach to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content. Don't abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it for other users.
ContentCoach provides content suggestions and coaching. We do not guarantee any specific social media outcomes — followers, engagement, bookings, or revenue. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentCoach and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you via email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
